Eva's Fashion Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
Returns & Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and unworn, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Intimate items (e.g., undergarments) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To process a return, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send returns to the manufacturer—please return them directly to us.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items that are returned damaged (not due to our error).
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt.
- We will notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account and credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company—processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank—refunds may take time to post.

Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
- Clearance or sale items are final sales and non-refundable.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange:
- Email info@evasfashion.com to get a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Gift Returns
- If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We Have a 10% Restocking Fee for Return Items
- If you are returning an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
