Eva's Fashion Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Returns & Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and unworn, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Intimate items (e.g., undergarments) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable

To process a return, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send returns to the manufacturer—please return them directly to us.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items that are returned damaged (not due to our error).
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt.
  2. We will notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account and credit card statement.
  • Contact your credit card company—processing times may vary.
  • Contact your bank—refunds may take time to post.
  • If you still haven’t received it, email us at info@evasfashion.com.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • Clearance or sale items are final sales and non-refundable.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange:

  1. Email info@evasfashion.com to get a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Send your item to:

Gift Returns

  • If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We Have a 10% Restocking Fee for Return Items 
  • If you are returning an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
